My family loves salmon that has lemon pepper seasoning on it. Sometimes I make the lemon pepper seasoning homemade and sometimes when I am short on time, I just use a good quality premade one from the store. I cooked this salmon in an air-fryer, but you can certainly bake it also. I will give the directions below for both ways. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:
2 6 – 8 oz salmon filets
1/2 teaspoon of lemon seasoning
1 lemon, 1/2 sliced thinly, the other half juiced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air- fryer to 325 degrees, or just use the fish button.
Place the salmon, skin side down, on a piece sprayed with oil, aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry with a towel. Add salt and pepper and the lemon pepper seasoning to the salmon evenly.

Place some of the thin sliced lemons on the salmon and squeeze the other half of lemon juice over the salmon.
Place in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes or until salmon is done or the thickest section is 145 degrees. Enjoy!

Note: If you choose to use your oven, preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Time will depend on the size of the salmon.

We like to serve this with balsamic glaze along with a baked potato, or mashed potatoes and green beans. It doesn’t matter what sides you choose, this recipe is truly simply made and delicious.
Please cook your salmon to the temperature that you like, the FDA recommends 145 degrees.
