Hibachi Chicken and Vegetables with Homemade Sauce

I made this hibachi chicken the other night and it was so good. I made a homemade sauce to add at the end, and it was delicious. This recipe may look a little complicated, but it is so simple to make. You will need the following ingredients:

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and season it with salt and pepper.

Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients together and heating it up for about 30 seconds in the microwave to melt the butter and making it easier to stir everything together.

Place the chicken on the griddle or skillet and cook it until it is almost cooked through. Add the sauce and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened up. Remove the chicken from the griddle or skillet.

Add the onions, bell peppers, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper to a griddle or skillet and cook them until they are cooked to the doneness you prefer. Remove the vegetables from the griddle or skillet. Enjoy!

Note: You can add steak or shrimp to this recipe if you prefer those as it would be a great addition.

I like to serve this hibachi chicken with a side of white rice or fried rice.
