Does anyone miss this chicken salad that used to be served at Chick-Fil-A? Especially on these warm spring days. It was a true favorite to many people. Then they removed it from their menu and released the recipe to the public. You can still recreate this recipe at home. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:
4 Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich filets
1 1/2 stalks of celery
1/3 cup of sweet pickle relish
1/2 mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
Dice the chicken filets and celery into large pieces.
In a food processor add the diced chicken, pickle relish, diced celery, and mayonnaise and pulse 6 – 7 times.
Add eggs one at a time with the food processor on and process 10 seconds when each egg is added or until the consistency you want is reached. Enjoy!
Serve this immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
This chicken salad was served and enjoyed by many for years. I will say I am happy that when the Chick-Fil-A restaurant takes items from their menus they do post the recipes so that their customers can try to replicate their favorite recipes.
Note: I would recommend if you wanted this to taste exactly like the restaurants, go to the local Chick-Fil-A and purchase the filets and then bring home to replicate this or you could try buying those Bare chicken filets at your local grocery store as the taste would be close.
