I love cooking boneless pork chops in browned butter because it gives the pork chops such a wonderful flavor. This is a simple recipe to make, and it is a family favorite. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:
1 pound of boneless pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup of flour
4 tablespoons of butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat a large skillet to medium meat and add the butter. Cook the butter until it gets slightly browned. This will take about 3 – 5 minutes.
Pour the flour into a shallow dish and coat all sides of the pork chops. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Place the pork chops into the butter and cook them until they are browned on each side and cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. This will take about 10 – 12 minutes.
I like to cook my pork chops well done, at an internal temperature of 160 degrees, and they are not dried out at all. Tip: The thinner the pork chops the quicker they cook.
Remove the pork chops to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes and then serve. Enjoy!
Note: You can make this recipe using bone-in pork chops too but the cook time will be longer so you may have to add more butter.
I like to serve these pork chops with a side of creamed potatoes, green beans and some southern buttermilk cornbread. This is a recipe that will go with a lot of different meals.
