Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

I love making this homemade fruit dip to eat along with fresh fruit that I have on hand. This is a simple recipe to make, and it goes great with about anything. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:

8 oz of cream cheese, room temperature

7 oz of marshmallow creme

4 oz of whipped topping

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

I use a hand mixer to mix this recipe.

In a medium bowl add the cream cheese and mix until the cream cheese is creamy. This will take about 3 – 5 minutes.

Add the marshmallow creme and mix again until smooth. Tip: I spray my spatula with cooking spray so that the creme comes out of the jar easier.

Fold in the whipped topping with a spoon and continue mixing it easily until everything is equally combined. You can use the hand mixer to do this but I find that I get a better consistency if I mix this by hand.

Refrigerate the fruit dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Note: You can use any flavoring or extract that you enjoy or just leave it out altogether. This fruit dip will store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

I like to serve this fruit dip with some fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, grapes, melons, and it even pairs well with pretzels.

This is a dip that is a great recipe to take to a shower or party as everyone loves it.
