This recipe is my family’s absolute favorite meatball recipe. I tried buying the store-bought ones that are in those cute little packages, and they refused to eat them. They said they were nowhere close to my homemade meatballs that I make them, and they refused to eat them. I prepare these in my air fryer but you can cook in the oven or on the stove top. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:
1 pound of ground chuck
3 cloves of garlic, diced finely
3 tablespoons of onions, finely diced
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of milk
1 jar of homemade marinara sauce (I use homemade)
1 pound of spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
In a bowl combine the ground chuck, onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, and milk together. Mix until all the ingredients have been mixed well.

I roll the meatballs into about one inch balls, but you can make these as little or large as you like just adjust the cook time accordingly.

Preheat the airfryer to 380 degrees for 3 minutes. Spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray and place the meatballs carefully inside. Cook for 12 minutes or until the meatballs reach 160 -165 degree internal temperature.

In a large skillet I heat up the marinara sauce and when the meatballs have been cooked through I add them to the skillet of sauce and spoon the sauce over the top of each meatball. Enjoy!

Note: My family enjoys eating these meatballs over spaghetti noodles or in a buttered and toasted bun with some mozzarella cheese melted over top. However these are served, everyone enjoys them
